In fitness, we will learn about topics that encourage life-long fitness.  Our goal is to help each student find an activity they enjoy that promotes a healthy lifestyle.  Examples of activities we will cover include:

 

  • Volleyball
  • Swimming
  • Handball
  • Pickle Ball
  • Basketball
  • Soccer
  • Hockey

So, lets get to it and have some fun while promoting healthy habits.
