NEW ENROLLMENTS (2026-2027)
If you’re inquiring about enrolling your child for next year, please email Niki Dillard (Registrar) with the following information to receive a MHS Enrollment Checklist and instructions.
- Child’s Name
- Child’s name of current school
- Child’s grade 2026-2027
WITHDRAWING FROM MIDDLETOWN HIGH SCHOOL:
Current MHS student transferring out of Middletown High School:
- Submit Transfer Statement Form
- If needed, include a request for a transfer packet, to assist in the new school’s enrollment.
- Return Chromebook, case/charger, books, calculators, athletic uniforms, and any other financial obligations.
- Your student’s withdrawal will not be finalized until MHS receives a record request and/or enrollment confirmation from their new school. Once the request is received, their student records will be sent to the new school. Student records to the new school may be subject to a delay if financial obligations are not satisfied.
